A production house with real chops.
Vortex Exhibitions was founded in 2017 by four Zambian creatives who’d watched too many Zambian events promise big and under-deliver on execution. We built a production house with in-house technical and fabrication capacity, so the gap between concept and execution that sinks most events simply doesn’t exist here.
How we produce
Every production is led by a named producer with in-house technical, fabrication, and creative teams. We don’t sub-contract the critical path — staging, technical, and fabrication are ours, which means the concept we sell is the execution you get.
Why in-house matters
The gap between a beautiful concept and a shaky execution is where most events fail. By keeping technical production and fabrication in-house, we control the critical path. When something goes wrong on the day, we have the people to fix it.
